In case the Client has chosen the Insured Shipping in relation to an Order placed on, the Client has to proceed as follows once receiving the goods:

  • The Client has to carefully check and inspect the packages before collecting the goods;
  • If the boxes are damaged, or appear tampered with in any way, the Client has to refuse the delivery and immediately contact STELT at;
  • In any case, the Client has to sign with reserve of inspection;
  • The Client has to take a picture of the whole package and when opening each box.

Please note that claims related to tampering, damage, missing items or deliveries to wrong address must reach STELT within 5 (five) working days from the delivery date shown on the courier’s website. Otherwise, they cannot be accepted.
